I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel and the staff were incredibly helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The breakfast was well-prepared, and the staff ensured that there was plenty of food. The hotel facilities were good, and I enjoyed spending time in the beautiful restaurant. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking, and there was easy transportation to the city centre.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the rooms were clean and spacious, with good service from the friendly staff. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options and was particularly delicious. the hotel also had impressive facilities, such as a beautiful restaurant and pet-friendly areas.
We noticed an unpleasant cigarette odor in the rooms that affected our overall experience.

During Christmas, we stayed at a hotel which had beautiful decorations. They had a Christmas tree in the lobby, and the lights were stunning. there was a lovely restaurant with a great ambiance, and the food was delicious, which we enjoyed a lot. the location was very convenient to reach by train and bus, and there were some nice attractions nearby.
The room we stayed in smelled like cigarette smoke and the heating system was terrible. the temperature was too low, and we were freezing during the night, even though we had requested a heater.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the ample parking space and the friendly staff who spoke English. , the hotel was situated near the highway, which was convenient for my travels. But the best aspect of this stay had to be the variety of breakfast options, especially the hot chocolate!
My enjoyment of the hotel was hampered by the stale cigarette odor in my room. The smell was so overpowering that I had to open the window for fresh air.
